House Trabia
The House is located at the entrance of the village of Trabia , a small town in the province of Palermo, in via Cavallotti n . 13. From here you can easily reach Palermo (20 km), Monreale (28 km), the noble dwellings of Bagheria and the archeological site of Solunto (4 km), Cefalù (55 km), the Madonie and its caracteristic small medieval villages (Castelbuono, San Mauro etc.), the preserved area of Scopello and its Faraglioni (100 km), the Egadi Islands (15 minutes by ferry from Trapani), the Aeolian Islands, Taormina and mount Etna (250 km). It has been recently renovated with care and elegance in a rustic style. It has air-condition and centralized heating. Therefore, the house is suitable for a summer or winter holiday. The beach is just a few minutes walking distance. Nearby are the main services : a bank, a post office, the railway station , cafetterias, foodstores, restaurants, pizzeria, pharmacy etc .
It is a two-storey house of about 60 square meters. On the first level there is a living room with cooking area , sofa bed and a bathroom with shower. On the second level there is one bedroom, a loft with a single bed, a bathroom with shower, a small terrace with a beautiful sea view and a beautiful wood-burning fireplace which makes the room very warm and cozy in cold winter evenings.
